We recently had an incredible battlefield tour with Ledger Tours, organized by Natalie at Miles Morgan Chippenham. The tour met all our expectations, but it was our tour guide Ian Mason who truly made the experience exceptional. Ian went above and beyond the standard tour, providing us with additional information from his extensive knowledge of the Normandy landings and the region. His passion and expertise truly enhanced our understanding and appreciation of the historical significance of the battlefield. We cannot recommend Ian highly enough. Thank you, Natalie, for organizing such a memorable and informative tour with Ledger Tours. Our drivers, Stan and Ricky, were exceptional. They ensured our safety throughout the journey, making sure that everyone was on the bus at the correct time and location. Not only did they drive, but they also acted as hosts on the coach, keeping us all refreshed. Their service was excellent. Additionally, we had a lovely stay at the Ibis Falaise. Although the rooms were small, they were sufficient for our needs. I must mention Anne, who took amazing care of us. However, all the staff were very polite and helped us overcome the language barrier. A big congratulations to the Ibis and its staff. The food was delicious and plentiful. Overall, it was an excellent tour that everyone thoroughly enjoyed.
