Our Caribbean adventure to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary began with a flight to La Romana in the Dominican Republic, where the Marella 2 Explorer awaited us. The cruise was a delightful journey through paradise, taking us to the vibrant islands of Grenada, Barbados, St. Lucia, and St. Kitts. Each island offered its own unique charm and beauty, creating unforgettable memories. Upon our return to La Romana, the celebration continued with a luxurious week-long stay at the Hilton La Romana family resort, a perfect way to unwind and soak up the Caribbean sun before our Tui flight back to the UK.
